Stephen and Wendy Wed at Deerpark on Biltmore Estate
Several months ago, I had the opportunity to meet a wonderful couple at StudioWed. It was very apparent from our initial meeting that the wedding of Stephen and Wendy would be one that I would really enjoy. Stephen is a graduate of Wake Forest University and is an 8th grade Social Studies teacher. Wendy is a graduate of Emmerson College in Boston, MA and she is an award winning morning news anchor for a TV station in Mississippi. The gorgeous wedding event was held at the Deerpark on the Biltmore Estate in Asheville, North Carolina. It was coordinated masterfully by Jennifer King (www.vergeevents.net). Michael Juliano (www.momentsbymichael.com) once again performed his photograhic magic in capturing the entire wedding and reception. Blossoms at Biltmore Park (www.blossomsatbiltmorepark.com) showed their amazing creativity in providing stunning floral creations - both for the wedding and reception. And, needless to say, the catering staff and employees at the Deerpart, Biltmore Estate, were fabulous. Stephen and Wendy, I certainly enjoyed working with you in creating the wedding ceremony that truly reflected your love and commitment. May you life be blessed in countless ways! Enjoy life!
Chris and Amanda Wed in Downtown Asheville
On Broadway in downtown Asheville was the setting for Chris and Amanda's wedding. The intimate gathering of family and close friends provided a great atmosphere. Shay Brown (Shay Brown Events) did an amazing job in assuring that every detail for the wedding and the reception were addressed. Chris and Amanda live in the Asheville area. They had their wedding photos taken throughout the downtown area. I enjoyed getting to know Chris and Amanda - they are a great couple and really know how to live life! It was a really fun and enjoyable wedding celebration. Chris and Amanda - best to you as you share your lives together! Enjoy life!

Josh and Amber Wed at River Bend Barn
What an amazing couple! Josh and Amber were amazing! They dated throughout high school and then went their seperate ways for a few years. Their love continued to draw them to each other - and they knew that after nine years - it was time to tie the knot! A wonderful collage of family and friends, many of them from the Atlanta area, surrounded Josh and Amber at the rustic and beautiful River Bend Barn on the grounds of the Biltmore Estate in Asheville, North Carolina. Tamara Heston of Belle Soiree Events (www.bellesoiree.com) did a fabulous job in directing and coordinating the wedding. The bridal party included eight bridesmaids, eight ushers, and a flower girl. They all looked absolutely fabulous! The beautiful wedding music was provided by a string trio, A Touch of Rose (www.classicalviolin.com). From the very beginning of the wedding, Josh and Amber were SO excited! They shared their vows with so much emotion. As I pronounced them to be husband and wife, the crowd erupted with applause in a salute to this wonderful couple. Josh and Amber - I was so honored to be a part of your wedding and I truly wish you blessings beyond your dreams as you share your life together! Best to you always! Enjoy life!
Chad and Amy Wed in Hendersonville
One of the things that I truly enjoy in being a part of amazing wedding celebrations is having the opportunity to get to know the bride and groom. Sometimes, no introductions are necessary! I have had the blessing of knowing Amy and her family since I was their pastor in Asheville, North Carolina. They have always held a very special place in my heart and it was a great blessing to be asked by Amy and Chad to be the officiant for their wedding. Amy works with In Home Health Care and Chad works at the BMW plant in South Carolina. They reside in Hendersonville. Their beautiful wedding took place at The Cedars in Hendersonville, North Carolina. It was a pleasure to be a part of their ceremony! Amy and Chad, may you be blessed in countless ways as you share life together. I will treasure your friendship and look forward to seeing how God blesses your relationship! Enjoy life!

Matt and Kelly Wed at Rumbling Bald Resort
Even a spring thunderstorm could not dampen the wonderful wedding celebration of Matt and Kelly at the beautiful Rumbling Bald Resort on Lake Lure. A wonderful group of friends and family witnessed the vows between the bridal couple. Paul and Jessica met through eHarmony - and they were such a joy to get to know. Their love for each other was so very real and they truly compliment each other in every way. Matt is involved with computers and information technology. Kelly is a pediatric nurse. They will make their home in the central part of North Carolina. The staff at Rumbling Bald were fabulous! It is the perfect setting for a wedding and the staff catered to the needs of every guest. Dylan Skidmore of Blazin Sounds Entertainment provided the music for the wedding and the reception. Dylan is one of the most gifted and dedicated DJ's that I know. He always gives his very best to the couple - and this wedding was no different. Matt and Kelly wrote their own vows --- and after they shared them, those gathered applauded! It was a very special moment and one that I will treasure for a long time. I was honored to be a part of this incredible wedding. Matt and Kelly, may life bless you in countless ways. Best to you always! Enjoy life!

A wonderful group of friends made the trip and all helped in wishing the new couple all the best in their lives together. Regina Holder was the photographer for the event. DG and Robyn Say I Do at Lioncrest
The majestic Lioncrest on the grounds of the Biltmore Estate in Asheville, North Carolina was the setting of DG and Robyn's wedding. It was a beautiful ceremony. The excellent music was provided by Mr. Ken Swinton, a Scottish bagpiper (www.scottishsound.com). John Fowlkes, a friend of the couple, read a special selection from The Prophet by Kahlil Gilbran. And a wonderful group of friends and family surrounded the couple with well wishes and affirmations. Kelly Wragg and the wonderful staff at the Lioncrest did a terrific job in providing the quality service that makes Biltmore Estate the special place that it is. I really enjoyed getting to know DG and Robyn! They are a great couple and I know that their lives are going to be blessed as they share their journey as husband and wife. DG and Robyn, may the joy of today guide you in your life together. I was thrilled to be a part of your special day! Best to you both! Enjoy life!
Ben and Dee Wed at Biltmore Winery
The Champagne Cellar at the Winery on the Biltmore Estate was the very romantic setting for the wedding of Ben and Dee. A group consisting of their family and closest friends surrounded the great couple. As a part of the ceremony, a special medallion was presented to Karmen (Dee's 8 year old daughter) by her stepfather, Ben. The Whites are from Tennessee. Following the wedding ceremony, the wedding guests were treated to a tour of the Winery - quite an impressive operation at the Biltmore Estate. The amazing staff of the Winery at Biltmore Estate did a super job of taking care of every detail. And on a final note - at the conclusion of their ceremony, Ben and Dee exited to the Star Wars Theme! Awesome! Ben and Dee - you are a wonderful couple and I was honored to be a part of your wedding celebration. May you be blessed in countless ways as you share your lives together (and may the Force be with you)! Enjoy life!

Robert and Susan Wed at Crest Mountain
The view was absolutely spectacular! With a view that stretched for miles, Robert and Susan said their wedding vows before a gathering of family and friends atop Crest Mountain near Asheville, North Carolina. The wedding brought family together from as far away as Mexico and as near as Georgia. Robert amd Susan met at the University of Arkansas-Monticello about five years ago. Their love for the outdoors led to their discovery that they indeed had a lot in common. Robert is a forester and Susan is a wildlife biologist! Needless to say, they have the perfect marriage! The staff of M7 Solutions (Crest Center) did an amazing job in coordinating and directing the event. The beautiful wedding music was provided by Cafe String Quartet (Trio Ensemble). The ceremony was a perfect reflection of the love that Robert and Susan have for each other. As a part of their ceremony, they chose to create a lasting reminder of their wedding day through a Sand Ceremony. Both sets of parents took turns pouring two different colors of sand into a beautiful etched glass container. This "foundation sand" represented the foundation that Robert and Susan brought to their wedding day. Then, Robert and Susan poured two additional colors of sand into the container - the sand representing their seperate lives prior to their wedding day. The filled container will always be a reminder of their wedding day and will also symbolize their lives together - which, like the grains of sand, can never be seperated again. Robert and Susan, I was honored to be a part of your day. You are a wonderful couple and I truly wish you a blessed journey together! Enjoy life!
